Shironasya is one of the unique features in Ayurvedic Head Therapies, using a warm and freshly prepared herbal rice poultices to compress on the energy points in face, neck, jaws and head followed by massage to relive chronic headaches, sinus congestion and migraines, and also promote a better sleep during your journey.

 PERSONALIZED ABHYANGA

Known as one of the best detoxifying and stress reduction therapies. Abhyanga is an  traditional Ayurvedic therapy which employs dosha specific  massage techniques with the warm herbal oils blended to suit individual body type.

POTTALI ABHYANGA

120 minutes

Pottali Abhyanga is a time honoured tradition of healing with heat, in which  a mixture of herbal rice are leave and roots of medicated plants are tied in a pouch, steamed and then periodically dipped into warm herbal decoction  and  massaged to the entire body and on the affected areas to release stiffness, muscular pain and tensions and restore the general well-being.

 BASTI THERAPIES

90 minutes

A powerful Ayurvedic therapy used for treating muscular tissue, pains, swelling and inflammation. “Basti”  is part of external oleation therapy, in which the harmonious flow of medicated oil are poured and pooled for a fixed duration of time in a circle of paste constructed over the specific parts of body, and followed by local massage and hot fomentation to alleviate blockages, strengthen muscle and improve movement.
